Indian housing construction industry is using improved technology and methodologies to execute housing projects more efficiently and in lesser time and their construction techniques are prefabricated and modular construction and innovative construction materials is helping to execute housing projects in lesser time and with reduced resources. The government Offer subsidies and waive off import duty on special construction equipment& materials and also giving incentives such as waive off excise duty and value added on pre-fabricated construction elements.
The usage of such technology could help in fastening the delivery of housing stock and meeting their vision the housing for all Indian. The central and state governments and ULBs must work together to incentivize affordable housing development to improve housing affordability. A key area of consideration in affordable housing.
