The Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI), established in 1999, is the apex body representing private real estate developers across India. Bangladesh — REHAB

The Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB) was formed in 1991 by eleven founding companies to organize and represent the country's private real estate sector. It is the sole recognized trade body for real estate developers in Bangladesh and is best known for its annual REHAB Housing Fair.

European Union — Housing Europe

Housing Europe, the European Federation of Public, Cooperative and Social Housing, has represented this sector since 1988. It brings together over 40 national and regional housing federations across more than 30 European countries, collectively managing around 25 million homes.

The Asia Pacific Union for Housing Finance (APUHF), established by India's National Housing Bank in 2009–10, is a knowledge-sharing platform that promotes coordination among South Asian countries on housing and housing finance solutions. South Africa — NHBRC

The National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), established under the Housing Consumers Protection Measures Act of 1998, is South Africa's statutory regulator of the home-building industry.
