This presentation is based on Policy, institutional and operational issues of Building a PPP Program, prepared by the Ministry of Finance, Government of Bangladesh. It is a quick introduction to PPP, various approaches to building a PPP program, the institutional framework for PPPs, key design issues, and recent developments in Bangladesh’s PPP program.
