Workshop/Training of shelter working groups and community leaders: Develop shelter and settlement guidelines, training the working groups in understanding vulnerability in all aspects and understanding their roles and responsibilities, formulating their needs. Coaching in documenting issues, and monitoring the progress of work. Criteria of Households with special needs: 1. Singled parents headed households without support. 2. Elderly households without support. 3. Children-headed households without support. 4. Mentally ill, Persons with disability and chronic illness affected households. 5. Households that have special protection issues. Eligibility of support to Households with special needs: 1. Full material needs support. 2. Delivery support (if needed). 3. Construction support (if needed). Shelter Working Group Progress now: A list of households with shelter special needs (update regularly). Regular shelter working group coordination meeting. List of shelters that are located in unsafe locations (relocation need). Mapping of community houses to see better pictures of the risks, and challenges (identified risk areas).
